Quasars utilizes institutionalized and defined processes and procedures throughout the course of each project and prepares a quality management plan for each task. Our commitment to quality has been formalized and implemented through our Quality Management System (QMS) which is based on CMMI and ISO best practices.

In addition, Quasars has been certified at CMMI Level 3 by the Software Engineering Institute and is also ISO 9001, 14001, 20000, and 27001 certified. Our QMS is a component of our proprietary program management methodology which is based on in-depth planning, accurate forecasting, constant monitoring, and promptly addressing issues that arise during task performance. Quasars is continuously optimizing and refining business practices through Agile, ITIL and CMMI based methodologies to become more efficient. This commitment to process improvement has produced tangible results for our clients.
