Quasars currently provides lifecycle finance and acquisition support for the Defense Health Administration. Quasars provides acquisition and finance support, regulatory, planning, and requirements development support. Quasars applies agile project management methodologies to our acquisition and finance support to reduce the time to market by optimizing processes from requirements development through contract closeout.

Quasars provides end-to-end PPBE support. We work closely with the Division Chiefs to understand their requirements and help them with estimating the program costs under the correct color of funding. We coordinate with the other Program Offices, as needed, to gather inputs. We also work with Program Offices to determine what budget changes need to be made in the out-years to ensure necessary funding remains available.

Joint Forces Command

Quasars provides operational field mission support in the areas of Biometric Sensor Security Engineering, Conops and Training.

Navy

Quasars provides application development and analysis support to Navy's Human Capital Management Systems.
