Several of the positions below support the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Online Learning Center (OLC), the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) that serves as TSA's official system of record for training. Quasars provides Tier 1.5 and Tier 2 help desk support, system and content administration, reporting, and program management for the OLC.

The position troubleshoots LMS access, authentication, permissions, and configuration issues; manages the intake, testing, and loading of new and revised online training content; creates OLC content item definitions and linkages; and administers OLC administrator accounts, roles, assignment profiles, and workflows. Approximately 90 percent of tickets originate from OLC administrators rather than end users, so the work is weighted toward administrative configuration, permissions, and content problems.
